As the virus is at our door step, l have put in place measures to ensure the safety of my clients and myself.

  1. l will ask if you have been overseas or in contact with some who has within the past 14 days.
  2. l will wear gloves and mask whilst working on your equipment.
  3. l will disinfect your equipment once l have finished.
  4. I have ceased work outside our postcode so as l do not get exposed to the virus.
  5. If you have self quarantined and still require assistance, l can remotely fix any software issues as long as you are connected to the internet.
  6. I can assist with signing up to online streaming subscription sites such as Netflix, Stan, Disney +, SBS On demand, Catchup Tv etc.
  7. As well, if you need to drop off your computer for repairs, l will let you know a safe drop off and pickup point to allow the safe exchange.

The only issue at the moment is that some supply shortages due to the import/export delays and the manufacture of some parts made in China. The availability of some computer models may be also low due to the high demand of business allowing employees to work from home.
